DISCLAIMER

Please know that when buying my products, each and every design is 100% unique. All clay beads are rolled by hand, by me, and with the nature of the medium you will find slight imperfections. These are not a sign of bad workmanship or damage, they are a sign of uniqueness. 

My products are not mass produced or made using any tools other than my hands. I am extremely thorough in ensuring bead sizes are as simillar as possible and the clay is as smooth as can be. All products are quality checked prior to shipping.

REFUND POLICY

• Products will not be refunded for having minor imperfections as they are apart of the product. 
  
• Products will not be refunded for change of mind/exchange, as products are made to order.
  

SHIPPING

Postage is a flat rate of $8.50 on all orders Australia wide, combined shipping is included when purchasing more than one item and when being shipped to the same address. International shipping is not currently offered.
